Arpita currently heads the Talent Acquisition function in DCB Bank along with Campus Engagement and Employer Branding.

Prior to joining DCB Bank, she was associated with Brands like Tata Power, Ranstad and Arshiya International. Almost a decade in the HR, Arpita has worked in various cross functional projects like Manpower Demobilisation, L&D, Risk Management, Greenfield Manpower Planning, Internal Audits among others.

Arpita’s husband Pankaj is heading the HR Compliance division in Voltas. The globetrotting duo also share passion in social work, art and fashion.

Arpita earned Honours in English Literature from Calcutta University and an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University along with ISO certification in Psychometric Test, Thomas Profiling, Risk Management and Internal Audit as well as a diploma in Odissi Dance and has won many accolades in these fields.

Some of the accolades she has won includes LinkedIn Power Profiles 2018, WHRD Top 100 HR Minds etc.
