Prasad is a Human Capital professional who has chosen to walk on a less trodden pathof nurturing minds and lives. He is an Engineer turned HR professional in relentless pursuit of humanizing the workplace.

Prasad currently leads the Global Human resources strategy for Cleartrip Pvt Ltd, the leading travel and experiences platform in Middle East, North Africa and India region.

Prior to Cleartrip, he has steered workplace & people agenda in organizations like Flipkart, McAfee, 24/7 Customer, Ashok Leyland in roles spanning Talent Acquisition & Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Compensation and Benefits, Change & Digital Innovation partnering all the way to the board level. He has led two international assignment spanning both the Middle-East and the Asia Pacific region. He brings diverse industry experience spanning e-Commerce, Product IT, consulting, ITES and manufacturing sectors.

Prasad believes that his purpose in life is 'to contribute' and is passionate about giving back to the community.

He is the CHRO for CoronaSafe Network, an open-source disaster management platform designed by a multi-disciplinary team of 200+ engineers and 50+ of India's leading professionals in collaboration with Kerala government to tackle the current pandemic and future disasters

He is also the Founder of GIVEPrakrutiEcoVentures : A community initiative focused on sustainability in Hosur, Tamilnadu

He is a seasoned speaker, writer and regularly shares his thoughts and learnings in various platforms/Industry forums.
