Sachidanand R. Kulkarni, is a Founder & HR Evangelist at SRK Consultings, Pune. He is seasoned HR leader with 16 years of corporate work experience. He holds graduation in Computer science and post-graduation in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University. In his last employment, he was VP HR & Culture at Webonise Lab. Previous to that, he has worked with Wipro Technologies and Nihilent Technologies. He has played different key roles within HRM function including onsite assignment at Johannesburg South Africa.

Sachidanand is a writer, poet, blogger, speaker and student of Indian classical music. He is working on social project with "Snehwan" for education and rehabilitation of children's of draught affected farmers in Maharashtra, India.
