A thorough HR enthusiast, Manoj who comes from a background of engineering, after completing his degree in Electronics from SGSITS Indore went on to pursue his Post Graduation in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur to follow his innate passion for HR and happens to be a merit holder.
He presently heads - Human Resources in ADOR Welding Limited. In a career spanning over 24 + years, Manoj has worked in many Indian and Multinational Companies (Samsung, Tata). Further adding a feather to his hat is his Six Sigma Black Belt certification issued by Samsung Electronics. During his tenure at all these esteemed organizations he has handled various HR roles in varying capacity (Team member to Team Leader). His area of interest in HR includes Talent Management; Competency based Human Resources Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management& Organisation Structure designing.
A strong believer of the fact that HR is not just a supporting function but is a Strategic Business Partner, urges him to continuously strive and significantly contribute towards developing strategies/initiatives which align the employees to the Company’s Business Goals. He has been instrumental in developing various successful Cross Functional Task Force Teams and set review structures which have helped enhance business and enabled faster decision making.He has been awarded as Top 100/101 HR Mind for 3 consecutive years by World HRD. All of his efforts in collaboration with other leaders in the organization have been duly validated when AWL received one of the “BEST EMPLOYER”awards by World HRD Congress.
Manoj is also an avid writer and his articles on Talent Management, Talent Acquisition & HR Processes were published in Leading Engineering Magazines. He is also a very active contributor on Social media.
