An outwardly Human Resources professional with over 20+ years of experience in Human Resources functions. Majority of his experience has been with Telecom, IT/ITES, Media & Manufacturing multinationals. Dhruv believes in people management, process automation and thrives on his systems inclination and his forte lies in ramping up quickly and employee engagement initiatives. He has been instrumental in leading CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) & employee engagement activities in all his professional experiences. People, whom he has worked with, say that Dhruv is a people’s person.
He is a Management graduate from University of Mumbai and double post graduate in Human Resource Management from University of Mumbai (MCOM) & Symbiosis, Pune (CPGDBA). He has also completed his Training Diploma from ISTD (Indian Society of Training & Development, approved by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Ministry of Personnel, Government of India under its Faculty Development Scheme.) He has also successfully completed his NLP Practioner Course, ITIL Foundation V3, ROI Training, Certified Coach & Counselor & also holds a Certification and Expert degree in HRM.
He has also trained Professionals on various training programmes on Customer Service, Communication Skills, Email Etiquette, Presentations Skills, Campus to Corporate, POSH, Train the Trainer, Corporate Grooming, Sales & Marketing, Time Management, Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence, various Team Building workshops. He was also on the IC Committee with two of the leading consulting firms on POSH.
He was one of the mentors working closely with ITI Karjat, Thane, Ambernath & Dahanu in Maharashtra for their vocational training courses (joint venture between Maharashtra State Government & Rustomjee group for the tribal & under privilege youth). He has conducted many sessions at these institutes for the students and the staff members on Positivity, Self Motivation, Language Development, Personality Development and Team Building. He is the Past President of HR Infotech Association - Mumbai Chapter & Trustee with HR Infotech Association and President with NHRD Navi Mumbai Chapter. He is also actively involved with multiple HR Forums & Associations in India & Overseas. He has conducted several sessions at IISM, ITM, IIBM, WLC, IFEEL, Jai Hind & few other Management Institutes across India, as he feels it the responsibility of every corporate to lend a hand to our youth to be Industry ready & take up corporate roles efficiently.
Dhruv networks with people extensively and excels in motivating & leading high-powered teams. He was also an Industry Assessor for Directorate General for Employment & Training, Govt. of India in past. He currently heads the Talent Management Vertical with Netmagic Solutions one of largest IT Infrastructure Company and his last few assignments were at mid to senior management level with Laqshya Media, Vodafone, Reliance, Bajaj & Maxcomm Group.
He has been a Panelist, Speaker & Moderator for many corporate events and along with his passion for training, employee engagement he loves to cook, sing, travel & socialize. He has been recently awarded with “HR Excellence Award” by World Education Summit 2018, “101 Top HR Minds – 2019” by & “DR. Tarita Shankar Award for Excellence in HR Sector – Making of Developed INDIA 2019” World HRD Congress.
